Emergency repair for Long Island

Your website is down.
Emergency repair starts here.

Down, hacked, or your checkout has stopped taking orders? Call and you get a person on Long Island who knows what they are looking at, not a ticket into the void. For an urgent outage or a hack we usually start the same day and have most sites stable within 24 to 72 hours.

Calling is fastest. If you would rather type it out, the form below comes straight to us and we reply to it the same way. Want the number first? See fixed prices.

The person who picks up has been building for the web since 1996.

Is this an emergency?

If your site is doing any of these, it is costing you calls or orders every hour it stays broken. Do not wait it out.

Site is completely down or showing a white screen
"There has been a critical error on this website"
Hacked, defaced, or redirecting somewhere else
Google is warning visitors the site may be hacked
Checkout is failing or orders stopped coming in
Contact form silently stopped sending you leads

Not on fire, just broken? That is a standard website repair, same team at a calmer pace.

Whatever it is built on.

We are not a WordPress-only shop. What a site runs on is rarely the thing that makes it hard to fix.

How an emergency runs

No mystery, no runaway bill, even when it is urgent.

1

We answer

A real person, not a form robot. We ask a few questions to size up how bad it is.

2

Triage

We take a backup first, then find the actual cause instead of guessing at symptoms.

3

Flat quote

You get the diagnosis in plain English and a fixed price before the repair starts.

4

Fix & harden

We get you live, test it across devices, then close the hole so it does not repeat.

While you wait

A few minutes of this makes the repair faster and cheaper, and keeps a bad situation from getting worse.

Do this

  • Screenshot the error, including the full URL bar.
  • Write down what changed: an update, a new plugin, a payment that lapsed.
  • Find your hosting login, or who has it.
  • If it is hacked, change your admin and hosting passwords now.
  • Put a note on your social profiles so customers are not left guessing.

Do not do this

  • Do not delete files, plugins, or config at random to see what helps.
  • Do not restore an old backup over a live site before anyone has looked. It can wipe recent orders.
  • Do not run another round of updates hoping it clears itself.
  • Do not cancel the hosting account. That is where your site still lives.

What it costs

Fixed prices for the jobs we see most. You know the number before you call, not after.

Locked out & access recovery

White screens, a bad update or deploy, plugin and theme conflicts, 500 and 502 errors.

Same day $249

Malware & security cleanup

Full file and database scan, backdoor removal, hardening, and clearing the Google blacklist.

Within 24 hours $349

Checkout & lead form failure

Shopify, WooCommerce, or Stripe checkout errors, broken payment flows, forms that stopped delivering.

Same day $249

Custom or complex deep triage

Multi-server sync problems, database corruption, legacy custom code. Priced before we start.

Quoted first $150/hr

Prices cover the fix itself. If triage turns up something bigger underneath, we tell you what it is and what it costs before doing any of it, and you are free to stop there.

No fix, no fee.

If we cannot diagnose and isolate the problem, you do not pay for the diagnosis. And you always see the cause and the price in writing before any repair starts, so nothing gets billed that you did not agree to.

Flat, not hourly. No open-ended meter running while we work.

No contract. A repair is a repair. Ongoing care after is optional.

Diagnosis first. We find the real cause before quoting anything.

Emergency questions

What does an emergency repair cost?

The jobs we see most are fixed price: $149 to recover access, $249 for a site-down or critical error fix, $349 for a full malware cleanup and blacklist removal, and $249 for broken checkout or lead forms. Anything unusual is quoted before we start, or billed at $150 an hour if you prefer. If we cannot diagnose and isolate the problem, you do not pay for the diagnosis.

How fast can you actually start?

For an urgent outage or hack we usually start the same day and get most sites stable within 24 to 72 hours. Calling is the fastest way to reach us. We triage first and give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.

What counts as a website emergency?

Anything costing you money or trust right now: the site is down or showing a white screen, it was hacked or is redirecting somewhere else, Google is warning visitors it may be hacked, or checkout and contact forms have stopped working. If customers cannot buy from you or reach you, treat it as urgent.

Can you help if you did not build the site?

Yes, and most of the sites we rescue were built by someone else, often by someone who is no longer reachable. Missing logins are normal and usually solvable. What the site is built on matters less than people expect: we get in, find what actually broke, and fix that, rather than talking you into a rebuild you did not ask for.

What platforms and stacks do you work on?

All the common ones and most of the uncommon ones. WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and Drupal, plus custom applications in PHP, Laravel, Node, or React, and plain hand-coded HTML, which is often the quickest of all to fix. If your site runs on something not listed, ask anyway. Between what we handle in house and the people we work with, the platform is rarely the obstacle.

What do you need from me to start?

The website address, access to the hosting account or whoever controls it, and a short description of what changed just before it broke. If you do not have logins handy, tell us anyway. We deal with lost hosting access regularly and can usually work out who holds it.

Do I have to sign a contract or a monthly plan?

No. An emergency repair is a repair. You get a flat, upfront price after triage, and ongoing care afterwards is optional and never a condition of us helping.
