It is a plugin update that took a site down, images nobody resized, a form that quietly stopped sending, or a backup that turned out not to exist. Those problems have real answers, and there is no reason to keep them behind a quote.
So these guides are written the way we would explain it on the phone. If you work through one and solve it yourself, good. If you get to the point where you want somebody else to take it, we are in Garden City and we work across Nassau and Suffolk.
